We brew NORT with proper beer ingredients — no shortcuts:
- Malted Barley & Oats
- Hops & Hop Extracts
- Yeast
Most non-alc beers strip all the alcohol out mechanically then add flavouring back in. We don't do that. NORT is brewed exactly like a full-strength beer — the only difference is we use a fermentation process that naturally produces less than 0.5% alcohol. The result is a product with all the aroma, mouthfeel, and flavour of a proper beer. Because it is one.
Less than 0.5% — and to put that in perspective, there's more alcohol in a glass of orange juice or a ripe banana than in a bottle or can of NORT.
Yes — our whole range is 100% preservative free.
No lactose in any of our products. On gluten — NORT contains the lowest amount of gluten of any standard beer, but it's not certified gluten-free, so if you have a serious intolerance or coeliac disease please check with your doctor before drinking.
