Returns policy

In the event you receive goods that are damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at shop@nort.beer within 30 days of receiving your order and we will refund the value of the damaged or incorrect goods or replace them. We reserve the right to require proof that the goods were damaged or faulty.

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, or change your mind, you can return your order within 30 days and receive a full refund excluding shipping costs if you return the goods in their original condition to our warehouse. Please contact us to let us know to expect your return. You can find the return address on the shipping label from your original order. We may not accept returns if they are received damaged or incomplete.

Refunds will be debited onto the credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3 business days for your refund to be processed.

This privacy policy covers all “personal information” we hold, that is, information, or an opinion, about an individual, whose identity is apparent, or can be reasonably ascertained, from that information or opinion.

Collection

We will only collect information that is necessary for one or more of our functions or activities.

When you place an order with us, we will ask you for the following personal information:

• your name, date of birth, beer and communication preferences, email, billing address, delivery address and any special delivery instructions, phone number.

This information is provided to our delivery agents so we can send you your order.  We collect date of birth details to verify that you are over 18 years and send you birthday offers. We have some integrated platforms on our website; EventBrite for events and Shopify for purchasing products from us. You are covered by EventBrites’ and Shopify’s privacy policy’s in these instances.

Use

From time to time, we advise all or some of our customers of up and coming offers and special events and promotions. If you do not wish to receive these offers, you can click the unsubscribe link in your next email or email us at info@mobrewing.com.au.

If we send offers by mail, we provide your name and postal details to a mailing house. No other information is passed on. The parties using these details are obliged to delete all records immediately after use.

When you submit feedback or questions via email, or contact us for information about our website, we will request your name and contact details. We use this information solely to respond to your enquiries.

We do not rent, sell or share any personal information with any third party without your permission, except as set out in these Conditions.

Access to records

You can request not to receive a particular type of communication from us[, or you can withdraw from our mail and order database altogether at any time]. Please use the contact information above if you wish to do this.

We are also happy to provide you with details of all your personal records at your request.  There are certain exemptions that may apply to the provision of that information. We may charge an administration fee for granting access to information.
